    Good Morning I do not wish to renew my Disney annual pass. I was told at the time of purchase I could cancel my renewal if I no longer wanted it. I can't find that link anywhere to cancel the renewal. Please help. Heather

    Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for stopping by to ask us this question! One of my favourite things about the Disney Parks is that there is truly something for everyone, so you can use or purchase whatever best fits your needs. This is especially true with theme park tickets, so I am sure you will be able to find another way to experience the magic real soon!

    You are correct that you do not have to keep your Annual Pass if you no longer want to use it. Annual Passes do not automatically renew without your approval, so you can let your Pass expire. Otherwise, you can also ask a Cast Member for help by calling (407) WDW-PASS or (407) 939-7277 or submitting an online form. Cast Members truly are real-life fairy godparents, and I always go to them whenever I have questions! 

    Now, while you may not be able to access the special offers available for Annual Passholders,  you may still be able to benefit from special offers for Florida Residents! Indeed, Florida Residents have access to special-priced tickets. All you have to do is provide proof of your Florida residence while purchasing your tickets. Valid proof includes Florida state IDs, proof of current mortgage, bills or mail no more than two months old. If you have a valid Florida driver's license, state-issued ID card or Florida-based military ID, you will even be able to upload those proofs of residence online to skip the line at Guest Relations on your next visit! Remember that all Guests using tickets purchased with the Florida resident discount must show proof of residence.
