Welcome back to planDisney, Meagan!
Thanks for stopping by with another excellent question. So many Guests were thrilled with the return of
dining plans, and the return was even sweeter with the news of the
Delicious Deal for Disney+ Subscribers. Who knew enjoying the second season of
Loki on Disney+ would come with free food at
Walt Disney World a la mode?
It sounds like you're already looking to take advantage of the offer above and that you even have a resort in mind. Vacation packages at select
Disney Value Resort Hotels and select
Disney Moderate Resort Hotels eligible for the Delicious Deal for Disney+ Subscribers include the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan, and
you can pay to upgrade this to the Disney Dining Plan before checkout of the reservation process. After selecting your resort, promotion, and theme park tickets, you'll see a screen with the included dining plan and an upgrade option.
Once you've booked, it's time to start dreaming about Disney dining! I may not know what I'm cooking
tonight, but I'm sure about my dinner plans for my February vacation. Remember you can make dining reservations starting 60 days before your check-in date. I like to reserve a combination of new-to-me restaurants and perennial family favorites. For us, no trip is complete without meals at
Boma - Flavors of Africa and
Liberty Tree Tavern, but we're looking forward to our first interstellar dining experience at
Space 220 Restaurant on our next vacation. I always recommend tasting something new on every visit.
Best wishes for reserving your magical and delicious getaway, Meagan! If you have more questions or want specific restaurant recommendations for your travel party, come back and see us again.
Bon appetit!
Betsy
