Good morning. Myself and my family are travelling to Walt Disney World on the 24th November. We are staying at the All Stars Music resort. I would like to request if possible to have adjoining rooms, how do I do this?

Hi Jessica and welcome to planDisney!

How exciting that you'll be arriving at my favourite holiday destination, Walt Disney World, in just over a weeks' time! If you're anything like me, the suitcases will be down from the loft, packing will have commenced and you will currently be debating how many pairs of mouse ears is an acceptable amount, to take with you. (The answer is all of them!)

There are a few different ways that you can request adjoining rooms at Disney's All-Star Music Resort, in advance of your arrival:-

1/ When completing Online Check-In on the My Disney Experience Mobile App.
2/ Via the "Chat With Us" option on the My Disney Experience Mobile App.
3/ Via the "Send Us A Question" function on the Walt Disney World website.

Top Tip - You can find the "Chat With Us" option on the My Disney Experience Mobile App by clicking on the "≡" (hamburger) symbol in the bottom right hand corner of the home screen and scrolling down to the Help & Feedback section.

As you are arriving so soon, I would highly recommend doing this, ASAP. Just bear in mind that requests cannot be guaranteed but, in my experience, Cast Members will always do their very best to accommodate, where possible.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
