Good morning I logged into my account this morning and I do not see the tickets that I purchased earlier this month?

Hi there Stephen! Welcome to planDisney. You’ve come to the right place to chat about your recently-purchased Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets

Theme Park Tickets that you purchase must be linked to your My Disney Experience Account manually. Once you log into your My Disney Experience Account, navigate to “My Plans” then “Tickets and Passes.” In that section, you will find a “Link Tickets” button. Your purchase hopefully led to a confirmation e-mail being delivered to your inbox. There, you will enter the confirmation number found in the e-mail. This should allow you to view the Tickets within your account, after which they will either automatically link to each individual, or you may have to manually assign them to Family members within your Friends & Family list. Once you’ve done this, you will be able to make Park Pass Reservations for each Guest in your party! Each Guest needs a valid Theme Park Ticket plus a Park Pass Reservation for each day they wish to visit the Theme Parks. This and other new policies are outlined on the Experience Updates Pages, which I highly recommend that you take a look at before your travels!

Stephen, I hope that this information helps you continue making magical plans for yourself and your loved ones. Here at planDisney, it is our pleasure to help with any and all Disney-related plans and dreams, so please do not hesitate to come back and see us again!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Clara
