Hi there, Gianluca! Welcome to planDisney!

I'm so glad you're thinking about planning another trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth! I'm sure you were disappointed when you could not originally use the ticket. But, I hope you've stayed resilient through all the changes and I'm sure you can't wait to visit Mickey and his pals this coming month!

Walt Disney World Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. However, you may be able to apply the value of the unused tickets to a new ticket purchase. Hooray! To do this, you'll want to contact a Cast Member at the phone number listed on this page to get the process started. Be sure to have your unused ticket information handy to make the process quick and easy!

Gianluca, Guests of all ages love the Character Experiences offered at the Walt Disney World Resort. Be sure to look ahead of time to see where you can find your favorite characters before you arrive! There is nothing like seeing your loved one's face light up when they see their favorite on-screen personalities up close and personal!

I hope this helps straighten out your ticket situation today, Gianluca! Have a magical vacation!

    Until next time,
