Good morning. Do you know how often suites in the DVC hotels are released? We're waiting for a one bedroom to open at Bay Lake in November and were told that they periodically open more rooms to non Vacation Club member families.

    Hi Amy,

Bay Lake Towers at Disney's Contemporary Resort are a wonderful place to stay.  The one bedroom villas are very spacious and will accommodate a family of five.  The full kitchen and washer and dryer are extra bonuses that my family loves.  Since Disney Vacation Club properties are owned by Members, villas will open up when a member books exchanges that are not on Walt Disney World property.  There are no set times when the villas are open for cash bookings.  If you cannot get into Bay Lake, I would suggest either Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa or Animal Kingdom Villas.  These will also sleep a family of five, and my family loves the location of both resorts.  I hope you are able to stay at Bay Lake, but wherever you may end up this November, I know your vacation will be magical, Amy!  Please send me a follow up question if I can help you further.
