Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Patrick!
Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by and honored to help you plan your upcoming trip to
Disney World! Get ready for churros, character hugs, and more pixie dust per minute than your heart can handle! Whether it’s your first trip or your fiftieth, there’s nothing quite like stepping into the MAGIC and making memories that will last a lifetime. Now, let’s make sure your stay is as smooth as a ride on the
PeopleMover!
So you’re wondering if your fantastic crew of four adults and three kids (ages 17, 14, and 9) can cozy up in an
All-Star Music Family Suite? Well, let’s strike up the band and break it down in a fun way!
While these suites feel like a backstage VIP lounge with their spacious layout, two bathrooms, and three comfy beds (seriously, it’s like the rockstar life!), Mickey has a strict policy that he only allows up to 6 guests per suite. That is the MAGIC number. Even though two of your “kids” are teens, Disney counts anyone over the age of 3 in that total, so unfortunately, your group of seven doesn’t quite fit the suite's guest list.
But don’t hit a sour note just yet! There’s a super-smart option that still keeps the harmony. You can book two connecting standard rooms at All-Star Music instead. That way, you’ll have four beds, two bathrooms, and space to spread out—and everyone gets a comfy place to crash after a day of park-hopping and churro-munching! The best way to book two rooms would be to
call and speak to a Cast Member. At that time, you would also be able to request that these rooms be connecting rooms. So, while the Family Suite can’t host all seven of you, there’s still a MAGICAL way to stay together and sing in perfect Disney harmony.
As you continue to plan, make sure you check out the
Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date information regarding all things Disney. Mickey and his pals have some incredible surprises planned, and we don't want you to miss any of the fun!
If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help in any way!
Have a MAGICAL day!
