Hey there, Lynetta! Thanks for swinging by planDisney with your question. I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble linking your ticket! Let’s talk through it to see if we can figure it out together.
I think you might be referencing the “Ticket Confirmation Number” in the email which is more like an order or transaction number – it is not unique to each ticket. Or you might be looking at the reservation QR code. There is a unique ticket ID number that we will need to find.
If you are logged in to the
Disneyland mobile app using the same account you used to purchase your ticket, you should already see your ticket in the Tickets and Passes section of the app. But if you don’t see it, here’s how I would attempt to link it:
~ In the email confirmation you received, click the button that says “Access your eTickets”
~ You should be redirected to a web browser, where you will see a link titled “Print eTickets”
~ Once you click that link, you should see your ticket appear, with a barcode, and a ticket ID number printed below it. Using your Disneyland mobile app, go to Tickets and Passes, and click the “+” in the upper right corner to link the ticket. You should be able to scan the barcode from the eTicket into your app.
If this still doesn’t work, no worries. Just take your email confirmation with you to scan in at the gate. If you still don’t see your ticket linked within the app after that, visit a Guest Relations location to see if they can assist you (such as City Hall at Disneyland Park or Chamber of Commerce at Disney California Adventure Park.)
Sending you a pinch of pixie dust in hopes this works for you!
The magic awaits,
Kamini
