Hi Dave!
“Welcome Aboard!” I’m thrilled to hear you are planning an adventure at sea with Captain Mickey.
Concierge level is my DREAM! So glad you have decided to enjoy being Captain Mickey’s VIP Guests and to stay Concierge on your voyage. The Concierge Lounge would definitely be able to accommodate your party’s dietary needs. I recommend that your friend have gluten-free noted on their reservation and let your Concierge Lounge host know about this dietary restriction during your first visit. I’m certain they will be happy to make this work!
Outside the Concierge Lounge, Guests with dietary needs are usually best accommodated at table service restaurants. You can still find gluten free options at
Cabanas, Quick Service locations and from Room Service. All you need to do is ask! The main point is to let Disney Cruise Line know your dietary needs, and the Cast Members will go over the top to ensure that you are satisfied.
And since your
rotational dining team travels with you to a new dining room each night, they will continue to be aware of your preferences. Isn’t that FANTAStic? They can provide recommendations for best dishes, offer selections from another restaurant’s menu, or can in certain instances modify a dish. Just another example of Disney MAGIC!
Dave, we hope you have a WONDERful cruise and enjoy every second of being pampered by the Concierge team. Chart a course back to
planDisney if we can help you in any way.
Happy Sailing!
Sherry
