    Good morning! I had heard that the new Minnie Van service provided the ability to be picked up or dropped off at locations not typically accessible to taxis; such as Pioneer Hall or the Magic Kingdom main gate area. Is this correct?

    Hi Robert!

    Disney's new Minnie Van service has been a huge hit since it started the end of July. More and more resorts are now included in the trial service and we hope to see even more by the beginning of the year.

    If you are in one of the resorts that includes the Minnie Van service you will need to download the Lyft app on your phone. Then ask the concierge for the code you will need to access the Disney service.

    If you qualify for the service these vans will drop you off at locations that other taxis cannot enter. Because it is a Disney run service they will be able to take you to Pioneer Hall in the Fort Wilderness Resort as well as the bus area of the Magic Kingdom. Right now they are using bus stop #11 but that is subject to change at any time. There are cast members stationed at the bus area who can assist you if you do not see the van.

    The service runs from 6:30am to 12:30am so you can enjoy this transportation for early or late night resort or Disney Springs dining. Hope you are able to enjoy these darn cute red and white polka dot vehicles! I think we all wish we could take one home with us!
