Hi Silvia! Any time of the year is a great time to talk about Halloween at the Walt Disney World Resort! There is no better way to celebrate that frightfully fantastic holiday than spending an evening at
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!
Mickey and Minnie host this special ticketed event in Magic Kingdom Park! The parties are held on select nights from about mid-August through Halloween night! Highlights include trick-or-treating through Magic Kingdom Park, seeing favorite characters dressed in their Halloween costumes, a special fireworks show over Cinderella Castle, the jack-o-lanterns and fall decorations along Main Street, U.S.A., and Mickey’s Bool-to-You Halloween Parade! My favorite part of the evening comes just before the start of the parade when the Headless Horseman makes his terrifyingly awesome ride along the parade route!
Details for the 2023 Mickey’s-Not-So-Scary Halloween Party haven’t been announced. However, dates for this event are usually announced in springtime with tickets going on sale shortly after. I would check the Walt Disney World Resort website and the
Disney Parks Blog for details in late March or April!
Silvia, here’s a PRO TIP for you! Guests holding tickets for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party are usually allowed to enter Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4:00 PM, even though the party doesn’t officially begin until 7:00 PM! This is a great perk of the party! Details regarding timing for the 2023 event will be coming soon! Information regarding Boarding Pass availability for
Tron Lightcycle / Run will most likely be announced when details are shared regarding the Halloween party! Keep coming back to planDisney!
Happy Planning (and Happy Halloween!)
