Ahoy there Brandy!
Travel documentation is essential to starting your vacation right. For closed-loop sailings, meaning your cruise itinerary starts and ends at the same US port, your daughters can present either a US passport or an original or copy of their state-issued birth certificate. If they are at least 16 years old, they will also need a physical government-issued photo ID (digital/mobile state-issued IDs are not valid to sail at this time) to go with their state-issued birth certificate.
Travel documentation for everyone in your traveling party will need to be uploaded when completing
Online Check-in. They each will need a simple color headshot photo to upload as well. This can be done with a cell phone or tablet against a blank wall. You each must bring your travel documentation to the port in your carry-on bag on embarkation day to present. Since you will be handing your checked luggage over to the porters and will not see that luggage until later in the day at your stateroom, it is important to make sure that you have any items that you may immediately need in your carry-on bag, such as prescription medicines along with your travel documentation.
A handy Mouseketool for your magical vacation is the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. This will list all
daily onboard activities, your
rotational dining schedule, and hours of operation for the
kids' clubs.
Brandy, I hope you have a great time onboard
Disney Cruise Line. If you have any other questions before you sail away, do not hesitate to come back to
planDisney for help.
Adventure is out there!
