Hi Judith! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Are you getting excited as you plan the details for your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort? Dining at
'Ohana is a great choice and a favorite in our family.
When we last dined at 'Ohana in
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort a few months ago, here is how our visit went. We checked in for our breakfast reservation about 15 minutes early at the podium outside of the restaurant. They gave us a buzzer to hold until our table was ready. This Disney Resort hotel is absolutely beautiful with spectacular views, so it was a really nice wait. Once our buzzer alerted us that it was time to be seated, we entered a line into the restaurant. When we reached the front of the line, we had our meet-and-greet with Stitch, and there was a
PhotoPass photographer there to take pictures of our interactions with this adorable character. After that, we were seated for breakfast. Lilo and friends came to visit with us at our table during our meal (which is super delicious, by the way!), and there was a dance/musical parade for the kids around the restaurant during our meal that my kids loved!
While our time with Stitch was prior to our meal and not during it, we still felt that we had enough time to meet with Stitch and we got some really great photos of the whole family with him since the PhotoPass photographer was the one behind the camera. There were lots of hugs and lots of smiles!
I hope this helps as you plan your breakfast dining reservations. Please visit us again with any other questions you may have!
