Hi, there!
Welcome back to planDisney, Jennifer. We're so happy to see you again and even happier to hear you're planning another Disney vacation! It's the very best kind if you ask me.
It looks like you'll be arriving at the Walt Disney World Resort in just a few days. You must be super excited! With seasonal surprises at Magic Kingdom Park and the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival underway, you're sure to
fall into magic!
Let's chat about your question. Once issued, your
Disability Access Service is valid for up to 60 days. If you were issued the service more than 60 days ago, you'll need to re-register for the program. You can re-register for Disability Access Service by stopping by Guest Services on the first day of your visit to the theme parks. I recommend taking some time to review the Disability Access Service page on the Walt Disney World Resort website before your arrival this week. It has some recent updates with information on things like what to do if you're interested in riding
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance.
Be sure you have the
My Disney Experience mobile app downloaded for your stay. It's magic at your fingertips! This handy tool will be especially helpful as you use the Disability Access Service for your visit.
I hope this was helpful, Jennifer. I'm wishing you a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
Ashley
