Eric from herts Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Good morning We are coming from the UK to Disney world .This will be our 3rd visit however this is our first after COVID so things have changed quite a lot so we are not quite sure how the virtual Queues work and many times you can use it per day .Tks

Hello again Eric, and welcome back to planDisney!

As the current UK-based Panelist here at planDisney, I can totally relate to your enquiry!  This is especially since my family and I have not long arrived back home to the United Kingdom after holidaying at Walt Disney World Resort for the first time since the global pandemic disrupted all our previous travel plans!

Eric, I'm more than happy to share that although things do continue Returning to a World of Magic at Walt Disney World Resort, you will no doubt discover that everything is pretty much as you'll remember from your previous 2 pixie-dusted visits.  Plus, I would sincerely hope that by your holiday in August 2023, the effects of Covid-19 on travel and tourism will have become even more of a distant memory for us all.

At present, the only active Virtual Queues in operation at Walt Disney World Resort are for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT, and also for an upcoming runDisney Merchandise Shop event at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.

When thinking of any Virtual Queues which may be in place at Walt Disney World Resort during your visit in August 2023, Guests will need to have a valid Magic Ticket (or any other valid Disney Theme Park Tickets) successfully linked to their My Disney Experience account, plus have made the relevant Disney Park Pass reservation for the date and Disney Theme Park they wish to visit.

Once all these elements are in place, Guests are welcome to try and join the Virtual Queues no more than once per day during regular park hours via their My Disney Experience Mobile App.  However Eric, ahead of your holiday next summer, and as everything is always subject to change at Walt Disney World Resort, I would highly encourage you nearer the time to take a look at any Virtual Queues which may be in place during your trip.

And lastly, I thought it might be helpful for you to know that Guests are able to check Disney Park Pass availability ahead of time via this handy link!

Eric, I hope I've been able to offer a little insight for you and your dear family today.  Please do drop back to me here at planDisney should you have any additional questions about your August holibobs to the most magical place on earth.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
