Ahoy there, Zoe. Welcome to planDisney.
How exciting you’ll be sailing with Captain Mickey really soon.
Disney Fantasy is my favorite ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet, and despite it being a bit older compared to the Wish and Treasure, it still holds a special place in my heart. I can’t wait for you to step aboard the Fantasy!
Speaking of Embarkation Day, I can understand the need to be prepared especially when traveling with family members with special dietary needs. I highly recommend that you fill out the
Special Services Form noting the dietary requirements your daughters have.
Disney Cruise Line takes the health and wellness of all Guests seriously and crew members will do their best to accommodate your family’s needs. Once you’re aboard the Fantasy on Embarkation Day, be sure to stop by the Onboard Dining Session where you can speak with representatives of the dining team; you can find the location of where this is on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App.
In regard to
bringing food onboard, you’re welcome to bring nonperishable foods in their original factory-sealed packaging. Just be sure they remain unopened prior to bringing the food onboard. There is a small fridge in your stateroom that can be used to store your daughters’ food. Also, please keep in mind that crew members are not allowed to store, prepare, cook, or reheat the food brought aboard by Guests.
I wish you and your family a magical sailing on the Disney Fantasy next month. Please feel free to stop by
planDisney again if you have more questions.
Hope to SEA ya real soon,
Kiki
