    Good Morning Mom's! My check in date is 09/29/13 and I've booked a preferred room at All Star Movies Resort. My kids love Buzz Lightyear and Woody. How early do I have to request a room in Toy Story building? Thanks!

    Hi Marcelo!

    I love to hear that you have some Toy Story fans in your house!  My daughter is a huge fan of Woody, Buzz and the gang! 

    If you're hoping for a Toy Story room, I'd go ahead and call have that noted in your reservation now, so that it comes up when rooms are being assigned.  Because you are paying for a preferred room, you'll already be narrowed to Toy Story as one of your options in the preferred room block. 

    Also keep in mind that room requests are not guaranteed, but they will absolutely accommodate you if possible!  I hope your Toy Story fans get the room of their dreams!
