Hi, Luciana!
To dine at one of the Walt Disney World Resort hotel restaurants, you do not need to be a guest of that hotel. In fact, hotel dining is a great way to see many of the gorgeous hotels without staying there. Dining at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel is also a great option if you do not have Theme Park tickets for a specific day during your vacation, such as on your arrival or departure day or a day you simply may want to take a break. Many of these restaurants are extremely popular, so I highly suggest making your Advanced Dining Reservations at least 180 days in advance so you are sure to have a table.
Have a magical day, Luciana! ~Rachel
