Lorraine from London Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Good morning - i have just bought WDW 14 day tickets in the UK, via the WDW holidays UK website, i'll need to collect the tickets when we arrive. Can i use the confirmation details to book my FF+ tickets before we leave.? thanks

Hi Lorraine and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

It's always lovely to be able to assist a fellow Brit with the planning of a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort.

Yes, you should absolutely be able to link your 14-Day Ultimate Tickets in your My Disney Experience account, using your confirmation details, which will enable you to make your FastPass+ selections at 30 days out.

Here's what you need to do:-

1/ Sign into or create a My Disney Experience account
2/ Add the people who you are travelling with to your Friends and Family list
3/ Link your 14-Day Ultimate Tickets using your 12-digit Confirmation Number

You should be all set now to log in and make your FastPass+ selections at 30 days out.

If you have any difficulties at all, I would highly recommend that you call and speak to a Disney Expert at the Walt Disney Travel Company on freephone 0800 16 90 749 who will happy to help you resolve any issues which you may be having. I have called them myself several times over the years and have always found them to be extremely helpful.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
