    Good morning! I bought tickets last night and is 9:26 am and still have not gotten my confirmation email.

    Welcome to planDisney! I am delighted to hear that you are planning a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth. It looks like you will be arriving for your great adventure in the very near future, so I am sure you are excited to start finalizing all the last-minute details. I am sorry to hear that you have not received digital confirmation of your tickets. Not having everything you need to finalize your itinerary can be very frustrating. Let's go through some tips and suggestions for finding those tickets so you can get back to planning the best trip ever. 

    My first recommendation is to always check your spam/junk mail folder. Sometimes the magic gets a little lost along the way. Even if you previously checked, it never hurts to take a second glance. I also suggest checking your My Disney Experience account to see if your tickets are already linked to your account. If you do not have an account yet, Hakuna Matata! It only takes a few minutes to create one. Once you have your tickets it is quick and easy to link them to your account. A My Disney Experience account will make planning your trip on the go easy, and give you access to amazing features like advanced dining reservations and the ability to sync plans with family and friends. And be sure to download the My Disney Experience mobile app before you arrive. The app takes planning on the go to the next level with Mobile Food & Beverage Order options, Disney Genie, and Magic Mobile Pass

    Leslie, if your tickets are nowhere to be found in your email folders after 24 hours, and they are not showing in My Disney Experience I recommend reaching out to a friendly Cast Member for further support. The Existing Tickets line accepts phone calls from 7 AM to 11 PM ET Time. You can request to have this information resent to your email address so you can link those tickets and continue making your plans for this spring.

    Once you receive your tickets, don't forget to make your Disney Park Pass reservations! All four theme parks require a reservation in addition to a valid theme park ticket.
