Good morning ~ I've been asked to join some family members on a trip to Disney World. This would actually be my first time, but I'm disabled and able to ride most of the rides. I'm just wondering if you have special passes for people like me?

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Kimberly!

Congratulations on your upcoming first visit to Walt Disney World Resort! I know you are excited to join your wonderful family when they visit. I am excited for you.

Disney offers the Disability Access Service (DAS). If eligible, as soon as 30 days (no less than two days) before your arrival, you can pre-register for DAS Advance and speak with a Cast Member virtually via a live video chat. If you cannot pre-register for DAS, you can register in person at one of the Guest Relations Main Entrance locations when you arrive. During the chat, you must be present to participate in the virtual registration process.

Prior to connecting with the Live Chat, be sure to add everyone in your travel party to your Family & Friends list, and please note that the chat is available from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM Eastern Time. Lastly, be prepared for a minor wait; once you are connected, the process flows quickly.

We will be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

     Have a magical time!
