Is there a good location to sit to watch the Christmas parade? Any parade? What is the temp. like in the evening in early November? Thank you:)

    Hey there Julie!

There are several great spots to view Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade.  My favorite spot will actually give you a great spot to watch the parade as well as a fantastic view for the Holiday Wishes: Celebrate the Season fireworks show.  We stake out a spot on the corner of Main Street, USA in front of Casey's Corner around 60- 90 minutes prior to parade time (for the first parade).  We pass the time with some yummy hot dogs from Casey's and playing a card game or two.

We also love watching the parade from the porch of the Frontierland Trading Post.  You can usually find a parade viewing spot in Frontierland 30 or so minutes prior to parade time.  The only caveat to this location is you will have to find an alternative spot to view the fireworks if you want to see the castle effects.  We like this parade spot for the later second parade, as the second parade tends to be less crowded than the first.

As for the weather, you will find November to be quite lovely.  It can get chilly in the evenings, so definitely pack a jacket or sweater.  November and December can bring some cool temps in the evenings, so it's best to be prepared with layers.  You'll also have plenty of hot coca at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party to help keep you warm.

Please let me know if you have any other questions, Julie!
