Good afternoon, I'm a little confused as to when we should receive our cruise documents. I read between 30-45 days before your cruise, however some older post said 2 weeks. When should I receive my documents and if I don't should I contact DCL?

    Ahoy, Laryssa!

Thanks for cruising by with your question!

In my experience, I've usually received my cruise documents two to three weeks before each sailing. You'll receive a booklet from Disney Cruise Line that contains all the forms you'll need to sign and present when you check in. You'll also receive luggage tags for your bags. It's always so exciting to get our cruise packet - it makes it real that we're about to embark on our magical vacation with Captain Mickey!

If, two weeks out, you still haven't received your cruise documents, you can always call Disney Cruise Line at 1-800-951-3532 to let them know. No worries - you'll have already filled out most forms online when you complete your Online Check-In. If your sail date arrives, and you haven't received your packet, all you'll need is your reservation number and a photo I.D. at the port. As far as luggage, you would just need to let the luggage porters know your stateroom number for them to get your bags to you on the ship.

I hope this helps ease your mind about your upcoming cruise! Please let us know if you have any more questions before you set sail.

    Have a magical day! - Diane W.
