Hey Howdy Hey SzeYing and welcome to planDisney!
There have been so many reasons to visit Walt Disney World Resort over the past year which has definitely driven demand to some crazy high levels. This paired with COVID-19 restrictions being lifted for international travelers earlier this year has kept the demand high as well. All this of which I am sure you already know! Let's talk about some options for you and your Magical vacation.
Now, while it is not ideal to book individual nights, this may be your only option at times. What I would do, is to try and get as many nights as you can for the dates you are looking for. As long as you book the same room type and are not changing things like the view these can be combined. After you have the rooms you are looking for, you can
contact Disney, either by phone or email, and ask to have the reservations combined. Just make sure you have all the reservation numbers handy to give to the Cast Members. As long as they have this process in earlier rather than later, you might be able to have all the reservations combined into one and NOT have to switch rooms every night!
The other option you might consider is a split stay. If you are staying at say
Disney's Port Orleans - Riverside and can only get 3 nights but then are able to snag 3 nights at
Disney's Port Orleans - French Quarter, you can book your rooms that way. Check out on day 3 at Riverside and then drop your luggage off at Bell Services and have them transport them over to French Quarter while you enjoy the parks. The hard part would be to remember to get on the different bus to your new resort that evening!
Hopefully, you have some viable options for your next trip. Good luck with the continued planning and if you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out. We would be happy to help!
Happy planning,
Nick
