    Good evening, My son and I are visiting in October. I am setting up the app and website services and noticed that I have 2 accounts listed in my name w/2 separate email addresses. How can I delete one of the accounts?

    Hi Courtney!

    October is a great time to visit Walt Disney World Resort, and you and your son will have a great time together!

    I recently had the same issue with My Disney Experience, and I could not figure out how the second email got there, but strangely enough, it was one of my old email addresses. The best thing to do is to call Website Support at (407)939-4357, and they will be able to get your account cleaned up quickly and ready to use. 

    Once they have that cleaned for you, you can begin the exciting planning phase of your vacation.
