Good day, Jerry. It's so nice to meet you virtually. I love it when Guests make their way over to us at planDisney!
When it comes to rumbles, I would only trust the ones that happen during some of the amazing attractions and experiences at the resort. I mean, the Millennium Falcon is the fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy...so there's bound to be some rumbling on
Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, especially if the pilot crashes while trying to secure some coaxium! My favorite rumbling happens during
The Twilight Zone: Tower of Terror. It often rumbles
juuuussssttttt before it's about to drop!
As long as there is availability, any Guest who purchases
theme park tickets for dates during the Christmas period can visit the parks! Just keep in mind that the week of Christmas is one of the busiest times at the
Walt Disney World Resort. As such, if you are visiting on one of these days, I would highly recommend entering the theme parks early and only exiting a park when you are done for the day. It is not uncommon for some of the parks to close due to capacity on these days, especially on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. This is especially true in
Magic Kingdom Park and
EPCOT.
Now, make sure you take advantage of the fact that typically, during the last week of the year, Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade and Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show are performed during regular park hours. This is awesome because they are usually exclusive to the separately-ticketed
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! And these are some of the best entertainment offerings of the year! Plus, being in the middle of Main Street, U.S.A., with its beautiful decor and cozy ambiance, just adds something extra special. Be sure to check the
calendar or your
My Disney Experience mobile app to see the entertainment that will be offered when you're there this year!
Jerry, be sure to secure your theme park tickets soon and enjoy your
holiday visit to the resort. If you have any other questions,
I'm happy to answer them!
Get ready for that night when Santa takes his flight,
Matt
