    Good evening, I purchased park tickets and the Memory Maker for my daughter which are listed on my account. While I see the park tickets/reservations linked to her and her guest, i don't see the Memory Maker attached to her plan. Why is that?

    Your daughter is one very lucky lady having a mom such as you to plan so much Walt Disney World fun for her!

    We've purchased Memory Maker - A Disney PhotoPass Product many times over the years, so I can heartily say you are going to LOVE it! When your daughter travels the parks, you'll be able to almost instantly see all of those fantastic Disney PhotoPass Service photos right in your My Disney Experience account as well as on your My Disney Experience mobile app. When my daughter took a birthday trip with a friend her last year of college, I had so much fun watching those big smiles in favorite locations throughout their touring. You will, too!

    The purchase of Memory Maker won't be visible in your account, though, so not to worry that you don't see it. As long as you received confirmation of your purchase, you'll see images appear under "My Photos" in your My Disney Experience account and under "Photos" in the app once they are taken.
