Good Evening I have a prolapse which causes incontinence issues and I'm worried I'll not last in a long queue. Will I be eligible for a DAS pass or can you leave queue and get back in?

Hi there, Kate, and welcome to planDisney! I'm so thankful that you've decided to stop by with this question today. My fellow Panelist pals and I are here and always happy to help our fellow guests as they plan a vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth!

Kate, there are so many great things about Walt Disney World Resort, and one of them is how well the Cast Members accommodate guests of all abilities and always strive to be helpful when a guest needs a special service. It sounds like you have a medical issue that might make it difficult to stand in a queue for an extended period of time, so DAS might be a good fit for you. Disability Access Service was designed for guests who have difficulty tolerating long waits in a queue. Disney offers an opportunity to pre-register guests for this service via a phone call. Kate, there are a few other great options for minimizing wait times, and they're things my family takes advantage of regularly:

I hope you have a lovely time during your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World Resort! Be sure to check out the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival for beautiful blooms, topiaries, and entertainment that you can view without a queue! Please stop back by planDisney with any other questions you have as you prepare for your visit!

    See you real soon!
