Good evening from the UK! What villages/buildings do you recommend to stay at Caribbean beach for easy access to skyliners for a family of 7 (including toddlers and big kids). And is it better to request room location before we arrive? Many thanks

Good morning from the U.K. Natalie, I'm delighted to welcome you to planDisney. Thank you for bringing us your question. First, let me commend your Disney Resort hotel choice; Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is the perfect tropical tonic for our long, grey U.K. winters.

On our Walt Disney World adventures with kiddos, convenience is king. One of the greatest benefits of Disney's Carribean Beach Resort is its proximity to the Skyliner. Part of why I love the Skyliner so much is that in less busy times, Cast Members often let you keep your little ones in the buggy for the journey - the stuff of dreams when they are napping. There are 2 stations in this resort - one goes directly to Hollywood Studios, while the other goes directly to EPCOT. The Jamaica and Aruba buildings are within easy walking distance of both of these Skyliner stations.

You can reach the main hub of the resort from the Jamaica and Aruba buildings by the walkway through Barefoot Bay which connects you to the main pool, dining, and Guest Services. As you have some little ones with you, I recommend speaking to the Disney Experts ahead of your trip to make a location request and list any other requirements you may have, such as a cot bed. I know the Cast Members will try and grant your wishes, subject to availability.

The youngest Guests in your party can play in the pool area, squirting hoses and enjoying the water slides, while older kids are sure to love the arcades. The grown-ups aren't left out either, with specialty cocktails like the delicious Caribbean Smuggler available from Banana Cabana. You're all set for a magical trip!

Natalie, I wish you all blue skies and sunshine on your adventure! I would love to help with any other Walt Disney World questions, Louise.
