Hello Brenda,
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question! Whether you are just popping in for a day or spending a week at Walt Disney World, the anticipation and excitement is always the same!
The dining, shops, and entertainment on
Disney's BoardWalk make it such a fun place to spend an afternoon or evening. Getting there from Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort really is as easy as hopping on the
Disney Skyliner to EPCOT. When you get off at the station, instead of heading left to the International Gateway entrance of EPCOT, just head right. You'll feel like you've been transported to a turn-of-the-century boardwalk as you stroll around Crescent Lake, taking in the sights and sounds.
While you're on the BoardWalk, you might want to try
renting a surrey bike to pedal around. Guests are always laughing as they try to pedal up the small hills around the lake. You'll work up an appetite for something sweet at
BoardWalk Bakery or
BoardWalk Ice Cream. If you're looking for something more substantial to eat, there are some great restaurants like
Flying Fish or
Trattoria al Forno, as well as some amazing restaurants in the surrounding resorts.
If everyone in your party is over 21, stop into
Jellyrolls. There is a cover charge at this dueling piano bar, and it does tend to fill up quickly, but it's tons of fun!
Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!
Diane
