Greetings, Richard, and welcome to planDisney! Let's make sure you're all set up for your upcoming visit.
Richard, I have good news for you: Updating your theme park reservations is quite easy. I just checked the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar, and at the time of writing this, there are still reservations for February 1 and 3, 2026. That means you should have no trouble updating them if you do it soon.
Sign in to your MyDisney account on the Disneyland website and navigate to the
Theme Park Tickets & Reservations page. From there, click the "Make or Modify Park Reservations" button. If your tickets are linked to your account, you should see your current reservations. Click "Modify Reservation" under the one you'd like to update, select all the Guests on the reservation, and then select a new date and starting park. Do this for both of your March reservations. Make sure to click the "Confirm" button each time to finalize the update. You'll likely receive an email each time your reservation is successfully modified. You can also return to the reservations page to confirm that your new dates are showing up.
Richard, if your tickets aren't showing in your account, you may need to link them. That is simple to do as well. First, locate your tickets. They are either eTickets that were emailed to you with the purchase confirmation or printed tickets. On the website, visit the
Link Tickets & Passes page. You can access it from the dropdown menu under "My Disneyland." Locate the ID number on the ticket and type it in the box.
Once your reservations are modified to the correct dates, you'll be all set! There is so much to look forward to during your trip. Here are some things to put on your radar:
- Refer to the Hours & Events Calendar to check showtimes, park hours, and scheduled refurbishments. On February 1, 2026, fireworks are scheduled (although there’s always a possibility they may be canceled due to inclement weather). My family typically watches fireworks from the area near "it's a small world" – it's usually a little less busy than in front of the castle or Main Street, U.S.A.
- Your trip has perfect timing for the return of Paint the Night! After a hiatus during the holiday season, this magical nighttime parade will illuminate Disneyland once again, starting January 30, 2026. This is one of my favorite nighttime spectaculars – don't miss it!
- During your trip, Lunar New Year festivities will be underway at California Adventure. There will be special entertainment, Disney Characters in traditional cultural attire, beautiful decorations, and several Lunar New Year Marketplace locations with specialty food and drink items available for purchase.
Richard, I hope you have the most amazing time visiting the Happiest Place on Earth! If you think of any other questions, please reach out – we're always happy to help here at planDisney!
Your pal,
Kriss
