Good evening .. we are planning our vacation to the Disney parks. I have a question, My Mother is 73 years old, should she pay to enter the parks?

    Hi Yenixa!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! How exciting that you'll be visiting Mickey Mouse and his pals at Walt Disney World Resort! Don't forget to keep up with the Disney Parks Blog for all of the latest and greatest news about everything from new attractions to shows, snacks, and so much more!

Every guest who would like to enter a Walt Disney World Resort Theme or Water Park does indeed need a valid admission ticket. The Most Magical Place on Earth has long been known for ride-based attractions, some of which are so family-friendly that even brand new babies can experience them. Others, like the brand new Slinky Dog Dash, are more thrilling and do have advisements that they aren't for everyone.

However, did you know that Walt Disney World Resort features almost as many daily character meet & greets, concerts, fireworks shows, nighttime spectaculars, parades, stage shows and live entertainers as it does rides? Some of these are once a day performances that you should definitely build into your Disney Day, like Fantasmic! Others are performed multiple times a day, like the classical barbershop quartet the Dapper Dans. Some stage shows, like Beauty and The Beast Live on Stage, rival their Broadway counterparts. Bring an autograph book, pillow case, photo frame or anything else that you'd like signed by all of your favorite Disney characters. And don't forget about the amazing technology that is incorporated into all things entertainment, from projections on Cinderella Castle to Disney's Festival of Fantasy Parade.

I hope this helped, Yenixa, and We'll See You Real Soon!
