I'm sorry to hear you've hit a bump in the planning road with your
MagicBand order! Luckily, your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is still quite a few months away, so time is on our side to get this sorted out!
First, I would recommend updating your address if you have not yet done so. This way, we can avoid any future shipping mishaps. To do this, open your
My Disney Experience App and click the menu button in the bottom right corner. Scroll down and select "My Profile," followed by "Account Settings." Toward the bottom of this page, you'll see the current shipping and billing addresses you have on file. You can click the "Edit" button to the right of either address to make any changes.
Once this is taken care of, you'll want to check your email or your bank statements to see if you were refunded for your initial MagicBand order before the package was rerouted. Next, you're going to want to reach out to a Walt Disney World Cast Member directly by
calling the number for My Disney Experience and MagicBands. If you've not been refunded for your original order, the friendly Cast Member on the other end of the phone can use all of their pixie dust to reroute your MagicBand shipment to the correct address. If you've already been refunded, they can update your account and guide you through placing a new order for this special Mouseketool!
Stephanie, I see that your stay is coming up in the fall when many exciting things are taking place at the Most Magical Place on Earth. I personally can't wait for the out-of-this-world attraction coming to
EPCOT.
