Hi there, Iran,
It's a pleasure to welcome you to the planDisney site. I'd be happy to share with you information we have learned from our experiences about how to register for and use the Disability Access Service.
There are two ways for an eligible Guest to register for the Disability Access Service (DAS). The most straightforward way is available during your visit. The Guest registering for the service (and a parent or guardian, if applicable) will visit one of the Guest Relations locations and have a brief interview with a Cast Member. They will ask a few simple questions to determine how DAS might benefit the Guest. If DAS would be appropriate accommodation, the Cast Member will scan the Guest's ticket to register them and up to five other members of the same party.
The other way to register for DAS is in advance via video chat. The Guest registering for the service must be present for the video chat. Here are the steps:
- Purchase theme park tickets and book theme park reservations.
- Use a mobile device or computer with a camera to register for DAS.
- Between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM Pacific, use a web browser to visit the DAS registration page.
- Click the "Terms & Conditions" button and agree to the terms. This step will include logging into your account if you haven't already. Make sure to log into the account that is linked to your tickets.
- Return to the DAS registration page and click the "Request Live Chat" button to enter the queue.
- Once it is your turn to chat, accept the request to allow access to your camera and microphone.
- Enjoy a pleasant conversation with one of the magical Cast Members! They'll guide you through the rest of the interview and registration process.
Note, while you are waiting in the DAS registration queue, your connection may occasionally get lost. To keep your place in line, be sure to follow the prompts to refresh the connection and take care not to select the option to end the conversation.
To use DAS after entering a park, navigate to the Disability Access Service (DAS) screen found on the ☰ feature menu of the Disneyland mobile app. You'll see a list of attractions that are currently accepting DAS return time requests along with the estimated time you will need to wait before you can redeem a wait time for that attraction. Select an attraction then tap the "Request DAS Return Time" button on the information page. Confirm the members of your party that will experience the attraction, which must include the Guest registered for DAS.
After you finalize your selection, you can wait for your return time in a quiet place nearby the attraction, go shopping or dining, or even experience another attraction. Return to the attraction any time after the booked return time. There's no rush. If the attraction features a Lightning Lane entrance, the Guest registered for DAS must scan their ticket or MagicBand+ first. Then the remaining members of your party can scan their tickets or bands. At other attractions, ask a Cast Member where you should go to redeem your return time.
Thanks again for stopping by planDisney, Iran. Feel free to visit again if there is anything else we can help as you plan your visit to The Happiest Place on Earth!
