Good evening, our family will be in WDW 9/8/18-9/15/18, our trip is fully paid and we were wondering if we would be eligible for the free dining that is offered at our hotel. We are staying at All Star Music. Thank you for your time. `Brenda`

    Hi Brenda,

Your family must be so excited about your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World Resort! It will be here before you know it.

The new special offer released for your dates of travel is an alluring one. It suggests that guests staying at a value resort may be eligible for a free Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan. The critical thing to keep in mind with regard to special offers for guests staying on property at Walt Disney World Resort is that these offers only apply to a limited number of rooms at each resort. Therefore, you should call immediately to see if your current reservation can be modified to reflect this new offer. (I have done this many times over the years. Typically, I book my desired hotel when I first identify my travel dates for a family vacation, and then I modify that reservation if a special offer is released.) You should reach out to the person or organization who booked the original reservation whether that be a travel agent or the Walt Disney Travel Company at (407) 827-7369. They are the ones who have the ability to modify your reservation, if rooms eligible for this promotion still exist at Disney's All-Star Music Resort. I'll keep my fingers crossed that they do.

Wishing you many magical memories on your upcoming trip,
    Jill
