Hi Octavio! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.
It sounds like you purchased a Disneyland Resort standard
admission ticket through Disney, which required you to select your park and date at the time of purchase. That's why when you attempt to make a reservation, it says you've reached your limit. So, while you're absolutely correct that you need both a
theme park reservation and a valid admission ticket to enter the parks, I believe you already have a reservation. I hope that's good news. Let's check!
First, navigate to the Disneyland Resort website and sign in. You should see "My Disneyland" at the top right side of the page. If you hover over it, it will bring up a menu, which includes "Ticket and Reservation Details." When you select that, you'll have the option to "Make or Modify Park Reservations," which will allow you to view "My Theme Park Reservations." If you have an existing theme park reservation, you'll see it listed there. If not, you can book one, but should you receive the same notice again that you're at your limit, feel free to call the
Tickets phone line, where a helpful Cast Member can answer your questions and get to the bottom of your issues.
Your visit is right around the corner and on the spookiest day of the year! Get ready for the hauntingly good treats, entertainment, decor, and merchandise by checking out the
Disney Parks Blog for all the official park news. I hope you have a chance to check out the special holiday overlays on select attractions. That's my favorite part of
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort.
Boo to you!
