    Good day all, thank you for all the wonderful advise! I am on a special diet of no gluten, sugar, or preservative. Can this strict of a diet be accommodated?

    Hi Stephanie! Disney chefs are very accommodating to the guests needs and wishes when it comes to their food and diets.  When making a dining reservation, 407-939-3463, please ask the cast member to note your restrictions with the reservation.  When you reach the restaraunt for your meal please tell the wait cast member that you have special diet needs and a chef will personally come to the table to discuss this with you.  They will then prepare accordingly.

    If you are at a quick/counter service location ask to see the manager and he or she should be able to provide you with a manual showing all ingredients for the food they offer.

    If you  feel that some meals are better prepared by you in your room then I would suggest you consider booking one of the many villas that have kitchens or the Fort Wilderness cabins that have full kitchens also.  You can get delivery service of your groceries right to your room by using www.gardengrocer.com to make even this as easy as possible.
