Hi Mike!
Welcome to planDisney! We're so happy that you found us hEAR. I'm happy to be your planEAR today!
This is a great question, Mike. While the entire world is still ebbing and flowing in various states of pandemic procedures, at the time of this answer,
Disneyland Resort in California does
not require results from a recent covid test before theme park or resort hotel entry. Technically there hasn't been a proof of vaccination or test requirement at Disneyland since the reopening so you should be pretty set in that. However, if just in case something changes drastically in the next week, there are testing facilities near Disneyland at nearby drugstores (both the CVS as well as Walgreens at Katella and Harbour Boulevard), superstores (Walmart and Target both have locations nearby), and even at your arrival airport.
Another update that recently went into effect is that the mandate for Guests to wear
facial coverings (masks) has lowered to where only those who are unvaccinated are required to wear coverings on indoor attractions and in all ride vehicles. Masks are also required to be worn by everyone in all health facilities, like the Baby Care Centers and in First Aid locations. But everywhere else they are optional.
As we all know by now, rules and stats can change at a moment's notice. Your best bet will be to pack as though you will need masks,
double-check the current health and safety information, and then do what you feel is comfortable once you're actually in the parks.
I hope this helped to plan your upcoming Disney Days, Mike! I hope you arrive hungry because the
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival kicks off this week! And if you have any more questions, We're All Ears!
