Good day, We purchased our Disney hotel package with a 2-day theme park. Within MyDisney Experience, where do I find 'My Tickets' - I dont have the 12-digit ticket ID to link to our account. I only gave a deposit - would this affect my account?

Hi there, Carianne! Thank you so much for bringing such a great question to planDisney. I know how exciting it feels to book your Walt Disney World Resort vacation package, and I’m happy to help guide you through the steps to make sure your Theme Park tickets are linked and ready to go for all the magic that awaits.

When you purchased your Disney Resorts Collection hotel package that included Theme Park tickets, you should have received a confirmation email shortly after completing your booking. Within that email, you’ll be able to spot a confirmation number. This is the one you’ll use to link your tickets and hotel reservation to your My Disney Experience account. If you already see your Disney Resort hotel reservation appear under “My Plans,” there’s a very good chance that your Theme Park tickets are already linked to your account as well.

To double-check, open the My Disney Experience mobile app and tap on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right corner of your screen. From there, select “Tickets & Passes.” This section is where all of your linked Theme Park tickets will appear. If you do see your tickets listed, you’re all set and ready to begin making Theme Park reservations when your window opens! If you don’t see them yet, don’t worry. Sometimes tickets take a little longer to appear, especially if you only recently booked or if your payment is still processing.

Since you mentioned that you only placed a deposit, let me reassure you that this does not prevent your tickets from appearing in your account. Your deposit secures your vacation package, and once confirmed, your tickets are considered linked even before the full balance is paid. If for any reason your tickets aren’t visible under “Tickets & Passes,” I recommend reaching out to a friendly Cast Member through the live chat feature in the app or by calling the Walt Disney World Resort help center directly. They’ll be able to review your reservation in detail and ensure everything is properly linked so you can focus on the fun of planning.

Carianne, I hope this clears up your concerns and gives you confidence moving forward. Before you know it, you’ll be scanning into the park for your first magical day!

    Warm hugs,

    Ana Paula
