Good day! We are planning of taking our 2 year old son to DW in March 10. Any recommendations on where we can stay that is child friendly and interesting aside from the character rooms?

    Hi Rassell!!!

We took our son when he was two years old quite a few times and stayed a variety of places so I can definitely speak on this.

All of the Disney Value Resorts are wonderfully designed and themed with children in mind.  From the larger than life icons to the awesome pools, your son is sure to love any of these resorts.  The one that I would definitely recommend that he may relate the best to is Disney's All Star Movies Resort.  Our son absolutely loved the Toy Story themed buildings there!!  What two year old wouldn't love to have a 30 foot tall Woody icon or 47 foot tall Buzz Lightyear icon right outside of their room!?!?!

If you are able to spend a little more money to stay at a Deluxe Resort I would highly recommend Disney's Contemporary Resort.  Our son has been amazed and mesmerized by the Monorail since we first starting taking him to Walt Disney World!!  Is it so cool to be able to either look outside of your room or walk out of your room and see the Monorail at your doorstep!!!  This resort has just the right amount of theming and interest for both adults and children!!

Thank you for your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!!  Please let myself or any of my wonderful fellow Panelists know of any other questions you might have!!!

    Have a magical day!!
