Good day! We are planning to do an early reservation at Chef Mickeys. Now, after we are done, do we get to enter the park and get in line for a ride before the park opens? Thanks for any info, I can't find it anywhere.

    Hi Lori,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question, my fellow Canadian!

Chef Mickey’s is one of the most iconic Walt Disney World Resort dining locations and breakfast there is definitely a fun way to start a Disney Day!

This dining location is located at Disney’s Contemporary Resort and not at Magic Kingdom Park, which means that you’ll need to leave this Resort and either walk (about 10 minutes) or take the Resort Monorail over to Magic Kingdom Park if that’s where you want to go after your meal. You’ll need to use the main entrance, so you won’t have any touring advantage, beyond being among some of the first Guests in line to get into the Park that day (depending on when you finish your meal).

If you’re looking to get an early mourning touring advantage in a Theme Park, you’ll need to pick a restaurant that is actually located inside of one like Be Our Guest Restaurant

I hope my answer helps you better plan your upcoming vacation. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
