Hello and good day :) Does a park hopper guarantee park hopping access? Can you upgrade to a park hopper at arrival or online before arrival?

Hi there Christina, and thanks for stopping by planDisney!

Bouncing like Tigger from one theme park to another in Disneyland Resort is what my family does best! We love the convenient walk between Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. Starting your day with a visit to Radiator Springs and winding down with a relaxing stroll through the marketplace at Black Spire Outpost sounds terrific!

If you have already purchased standard tickets but decide you want the option to experience both theme parks on the same day, you can upgrade in advance by calling (714) 781-4636 or on the day of your visit at Guest Relations.

You are welcome to enjoy the theme park you have reserved in advance beginning at park opening. Then, with your Park Hopper ticket, head over to the other theme park anytime after 1:00 PM. On the day of your visit, check the Disneyland Mobile App and Park Hours Calendar to make sure park hopping is still available. So far during the reopening period, Guests with Park Hopper tickets have had access to both theme parks each day.

I hope this is helpful, Christina, and you're ready to start planning your perfect two theme park adventure. If you'll be assembling for your trip after the opening of the Avengers Campus, have a SUPER time exploring this new area. Be sure to follow us on social media and check out the Disney Parks Blog for updates as this exciting new offering debuts. Thanks again for coming to see us at planDisney, and have a magical day!

    TTFN, ta ta for now!
