Hi Juan!
A Park Hopper is always a good idea– regardless of the day you're visiting!
I say this because even if a certain show is not offered on a given day, rest assured the other Park will have something spectacular to make up for it!
Generally, the
entertainment schedule is published on the Disneyland website up to six weeks in advance.
This means that within a month-and-a-half of your trip, you can check to see which shows will be available on the day you're planning to visit. This will make it easier to organize your schedule and figure out when you will need to exit one Park and enter the other to catch a good seat for the next special presentation.
I should mention that if you want to see Fantasmic! at the Disneyland Resort, there's an amazing
Fantasmic! Dining Package that comes with vouchers for a preferred viewing area.
The same applies at Disney California Adventure if you purchase a
World of Color Dining Package, or better yet, a
World of Color Dessert Party where you can actually take a seat and enjoy decadent desserts and sparkling beverages while taking in the nighttime spectacular!
I hope this helps.
Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Have a Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah Day!
