Hi Kurt,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question. I absolutely love my
Tables in Wonderland card, so I’m happy to hear you have one, too!
When I attended
Disney’s Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show a few years ago, I was only able to apply my Tables in Wonderland discount to Category 2 or 3 seating (and, as you note, only for the late show), similar to the restrictions associated with using a
Disney Dining Plan.
Although I don’t currently see that fine print on the website, I’d encourage you to opt for Category 2 seating as a “best bet”. Although you may not have as direct of a view as for Category 1, I find that it’s the best compromise between price and quality. In addition, seating for the Dinner Show isn’t preassigned but, rather, is assigned on a “first come first served” basis. So, show up early to guarantee the best view possible.
I hope my answer helps you plan a delicious Disney Day! Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.
Have a Magical Day,
Lynne
