I am sorry to hear about your upcoming trip to
Disneyland Resort needing to be rescheduled. I had a large family trip scheduled for a couple of weeks ago and we had to reschedule for similar reasons.
But that brings me to the potentially good news -- you will still be able to use your
theme park tickets for a later date through the ticket's expiration date, which is often a year or more after the ticket was purchased. I recommend double-checking your ticket’s expiration date and rearranging your plans for a time before then.
As for your
Genie+ add-on, Genie+ is non-refundable, but the add-on is tied to your ticket, not a specific date. You will still be able to use Genie+ with your current tickets.
When you are able to reschedule your trip, do not forget that Genie+ comes with unlimited
Disney PhotoPass downloads. I think that is a perfect excuse to get your entire party to agree to wear matching t-shirts!
