Good Afternoon. I purchased 8 day passes back in October of 2019 with the expectation of bringing my family last year. My tickets have now expired. Is there way to update my tickets or receive a refund? Thank you,

    Hi Chuck,

Thanks for stopping in to see us here at planDisney, and thanks for your question.

I'm happy to share some bright news that I'm hopeful will be good news for you and your fellow Guests. The Disneyland Resort did extend expiration dates for a number of different theme park ticket types. If you check out the "Theme Park Tickets & Reservations" page and look for the "Modifications and Cancellations" information, you'll see the various ticket types and their updated expiration dates.

If you don't see your ticket type listed here, or if you want to confirm the expiration details of your tickets, my best suggestion is to reach out to the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team by calling them at (714) 781-4636.

While theme park tickets for the Disneyland Resort are nonrefundable, the unused tickets you purchased typically can be used for applying the price you paid towards new theme park tickets for use for a future visit.

Chuck, there's so much new and exciting at the Disneyland Resort. You'll want to be sure to follow the Disney Parks Blog as a way to stay up to date with all the magic that awaits you when you visit the theme parks.

Here's hoping there's a Disneyland Resort stay coming up in your great, big, beautiful tomorrow!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
