    Good Afternoon, I am planning a trip to Disney world in florida in 2025, I have a seen a D23 event I would like to attend however I am neither a D23 member and live in Australia, how can I attend this event? are D23 events only open to members? Thank you!

    Welcome to planDisney, Corey! Thanks so much for coming to us with your question today. D23 events are big highlights of the year for Disney fans, and Walt Disney World will once again welcome Destination D23 to Disney's Coronado Springs Resort this August. The theme for this year is "A Journey Around the Worlds of Disney" which promises big announcements, sneak peeks at what's coming next, and of course, fantastic shopping. 

    Corey, only D23 Gold Members are eligible to purchase tickets to Destination D23. With that in mind, it might be worth considering joining for the year if you're interested in attending the event! D23 Gold Members have access to exclusive merchandise, special events, and even a few discounts, so I recommend checking out the website to see if it's right for you. Tickets for Destination D23 tend to go pretty quickly, but this year's event has doubled in size in anticipation of lots of Disney fans wanting to participate, so hopefully you're able to join in the fun on your upcoming trip!
