Hi, Robin!
Welcome to
planDisney, and thanks for sending us your question about tickets at the Disneyland Resort. You may have heard about the planned
reopening of Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park on April 30, 2021. You’re probably as eager as I am to walk down Main Street, U.S.A. and lay eyes on Sleeping Beauty Castle!
I’m not exactly sure what type of
theme park tickets you have on hand, but some ticket expiration dates have been extended. Unused non-promotional single-day tickets that originally expired on December 30, 2020 or March 31, 2021 will have the expiration date extended to December 16, 2021. Unused non-promotional multi-day tickets that were set to expire on January 12, 2021 or April 13, 2021 will be granted an extended expiration date of December 16, 2021, and each ticket will expire 13 days after it is first used or on December 16, 2021-- whichever occurs first.
Since the expiration date you mentioned doesn’t match the ones I listed here, I suggest that you link the tickets to your Disney account on
Disneyland.com or the
Disneyland mobile app to check the current expiration date. Expiration dates for tickets eligible for an extension should be updated now. If you have any issues with linking your tickets or have more questions, you can call the ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member who can provide live, personalized assistance.
I hope this information helps, Robin, and that you’re able to enjoy a pixie-dusted visit to the Happiest Place on Earth soon!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
