    Good afternoon, my question is: I booked our cruise back in January 2025 for a cruise sailing january 2026. Over this past summer, my husband and I got married so my last name has now changed from what I booked the cruise with. does this matter?

    Congratulations on an incredible year! And what a magical way to kick off the next one with a Disney Cruise adventure!

    For a smooth embarkation, double-check that the name on your reservation exactly matches your government-issued ID (driver’s license or passport). If anything’s off, give Disney Cruise Line a quick call, and a friendly Cast Member can update it, and then you’ll be shipshape.

    One more tip for today: when your booking window opens for onboard dining and activities, try to snag a Palo brunch reservation. It’s a fabulous way to celebrate your recent marriage! If you don’t see availability online, once you’re aboard, check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for the dining team’s location, pop by early, and you just might receive a sprinkle of pixie dust.
