Hi Samantha,
Each Guest who has a Disability Access Service (DAS) pass will need to manage their pass individually within their own My Disney Experience app. Unfortunately, the app does not currently support the management of DAS passes for multiple individuals from one account. This means that each person with a DAS pass will have to handle their accommodations separately.
The Walt Disney World Resort is dedicated to ensuring a fantastic experience for all Guests, including those with disabilities. That's why they offer a variety of innovative support services aimed at helping
Guests with disabilities enjoy their time in our theme parks. For instance, currently, Guests have the option to discuss
DAS eligibility virtually with a Cast Member via live video chat as early as 30 days before their park visit. Some changes are coming to the Disability Access Service so be sure to be on the lookout for those updates.
In addition to the DAS, there are numerous other services and accommodations available for Guests with disabilities, such as accessible
attraction entrances and assistive listening devices. We encourage all Guests to explore these options to ensure that everyone in their party can have a magical and memorable experience at Disney.
